It can be sometimes difficult to talk to your partner, family or friends about your treatment.  Counselling can provide you with an opportunity to make sense of your individual circumstances. Being able to talk freely in a quiet, confidential, non-judgemental setting can be invaluable. Counselling can help you understand the impact treatment may have on you and those close to you.  Our counselling team are made up of Counsellors accredited by the British Infertility Counselling Association and counselling can be undertaken before during or after your treatment.

WFI employ two British Infertility Counselling Association (BECA) accredited counsellors.  Lynda Mizen and Marilyn Lawrence for the WFI Counselling Team.

Lynda Mizen

I am an integrative psychotherapist and a BACP senior accredited counsellor and supervisor with over 25 years’ experience.

I am an accredited member of the British Infertility Counselling Association and have served on the executive committee.
